东莞市一通五金电着厂成立于2007年3月，是一家致力于电着涂装加工的台资企业，公司设立在广东省东莞市清溪镇九乡管理区，厂房面积4300平方米。设有手动线2条（超声波），自动线1条，大小烤炉2个，所用设备先进。引进台湾先进技术，所用生产原料均为进口，对于产品的品质要求采用国际检验标准MIL－STD－105执行，完全可以保证客户产品的表面涂装，能达到出口产品的标准要求。

本公司系来料加工型，专业从事各类金属表面电着（泳）涂装（以黑色为主，能电泳亮光、平光、哑光等多种色泽），为了满足市场需求，另可加工红色、灰色、及白色等色泽以及不锈钢发黑和铜发黑加工。

电着表面特性：

1.盐水喷雾（耐蚀抗锈）测试─800小时以上；

2.耐酸测试─48小时以上；

3.膜硬度2-4H；膜厚12-22um；

4.耐冲击性1/2*500g*300cm；

5.密着度100%。

电着涂装与粉液体涂装之比较：
